GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (EFFECTIVE FROM JUNE-2026)

These Terms & Conditions govern all photography, videography, drone, floor plan, virtual staging and creative visual services provided by The Dazzlens. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving 50% advance payment.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before the final delivery of all project files.
  • Any additional services requested after confirmation will be quoted separately.
  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling after confirmation may incur a 20% cancellation/rescheduling charge.
  • Last-minute cancellations due to client-side reasons may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

Property Preparation

  • The property should be fully cleaned and ready before the shoot begins.
  • All unnecessary items should be removed to achieve the best visual results.
  • A representative should be available during the shoot for repositioning furniture or décor if required.

Shoot Schedule

  • Most standard shoots require approximately 2–4 hours.
  • Processing generally requires up to 3 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Twilight or after-dark photography may incur additional charges.
  • Weather conditions may affect outdoor and drone shoots.

Deliverables

  • Approximately 20 professionally edited photographs for a standard shoot.
  • One professionally edited short reel (up to 60 seconds), unless otherwise agreed.
  • Drone photography/videography only if included in the selected package.
  • Raw, unedited or source project files are not included.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard projects are generally delivered on the next working day unless otherwise specified.
  • Premium editing, cinematic films, virtual staging or large commercial projects may require additional production time.
  • Clients will be informed in advance if extended timelines are required.

© Usage Rights

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the final delivered content for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes.
  • Copyright of all original creative work remains with The Dazzlens.
  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, completed work may be featured in our portfolio, website and social media.

Liability & Drone Policy

  • Drone operations are subject to local regulations, permissions and weather conditions.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted site access, government regulations, weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The client is responsible for obtaining any permissions required for access to the property.

Music & Copyright

  • If copyrighted music is requested, the client is responsible for obtaining the appropriate licence.
  • The Dazzlens is not liable for copyright claims resulting from client-provided music or branding assets.
  • Royalty-free music may be used where appropriate.

Important Notice

Our goal is to deliver exceptional visual content while maintaining transparency, professionalism and timely communication throughout every project. Any special requirements, revisions or custom deliverables should be discussed before confirming your booking to ensure the best possible outcome.
